We are currently Hiring for : Business Development Manager and Outside Sales Representatives.
If you are a polished & articulate salesperson who has the natural ability to
connect to people, build trust, listen to their unique challenges, provide

Business Development Managers source, sell and maintain client accounts. They constantly network to develop and sustain their pipeline of business. A Business Development Manager analyzes and updates all account information.They cold call and follow up with clients to sell MicroManos as a single source solution for staffing needs in their marketplace.
Outside Sales Representatives work closely with the Business Development Managers in seeking new clients, developing the book of business and following up on current and potential clients. Job description and responsibilites are similar to the Business Development Manager’s.
Job Description
- This position require candidate to prospect, present and close business in our targeted and
preferred vertical markets. PEO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED as well as ASO and Workforce. - A history of successful sales results is required.
- Individuals who are well established in their community and foster strong
relationships with business owners and C-Level executive preferred. - Proactive sales professionals who have perfected the art of relationship based sales
of intangibles.
- Business to business experience,
self motivated, relationship centered, strong time management skills, and the
ability to recognize prospects that are an appropriate fit for PEO services.
Responsibilities involve:
Maintaining a pipeline of pending opportunities to be actively
pursued with a strategic plan of action, generating leads through networking,
cold calling
Communicating with Team to share leads, discuss alternative
techniques and update on progress with Top 10/Top 25 accounts
Discovery and qualifying accounts, identifying needs and key
decision makers using multiple sources
Ensuring quality business proposals are delivered in a timely
manner, review details to ensure proposal meets client’s
needs and requirements
Discussing any back end billing requirements that the client may
have to ensure effective sales delivery and payment
Selling the concept of a total integrated solution
Following through with accounts for feedback on MicroManos
performance to discover any additional business needs, communicating to the
branch all issues, concerns and potential new business
Meeting/exceeding expectations on all commitments made: number of
cold calls, number of appointments to drive sales in the Branch
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated
leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Established customer service
background - Computer proficiency using Microsoft
Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required - BA/BS degree
- At least Two years of solutions-based, consultative outside sales
experience - Staffing industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and execute activity that
meets or exceeds established sales quota - Excellent verbal and written communications skills, time
management skills, well developed listening skills - Professional demeanor, positive, energetic presence
